We want to work with you to learn about you and your event and work closely with you to plan the food & drink. We start with an initial meeting to discuss your needs and budget. We take time to consider your guests, your budget, the type of food you want to serve, providing exceptional service throughout.
We’ll provide you with a quote, once you’re happy with the quote, if appropriate we’ll set up a complimentary tasting to ensure you and those closest to you are happy with the proposed menu for your event.
We’ll then have another meeting 6 – 8 weeks before your event to discuss the finer details with a final briefing a day before the event. Throughout our relationship with you, either David or Juan will be on hand to answer your questions as they come up, we know events, so can often deal with worries or concerns via a simple phone call.
Locally sourced fresh produce
We use local farmers, selecting the best available seasonal produce throughout the year. Our passion & knowledge for local & seasonal produce allows us to curate every aspect of your menu, from canapés and starters through to mouth-watering mains and to delicious puddings.
We work with our suppliers to support them and build relationships, they know the quality we expect and they work hard to ensure they deliver each time. Our suppliers are a vital part of Copper being able to deliver exceptionally delicious food for every event.
